Who We Are

Mercy Health Foundation Perry is a nonprofit, charitable organization that provides philanthropic support for Mercy Hospital Perry, formerly Perry County Health System. The Foundation not only helps Mercy Hospital Perry to provide exceptional health care to the residents in Perryville, MO, but also ensures compassionate care is accessible to all residents of Perry County.

The health care needs of our community will always outpace our resources. Your support remains local and will help ensure Mercy Health Foundation Perry continues to touch the lives of families, friends and neighbors in our community. When you choose to invest in Mercy Health Foundation, you make a lasting impact by enhancing patient programs, funding life-saving equipment and providing support for those who need it most.

Our Focus

Children’s Health Care

Mercy Health Foundation Perry understands that a family can be faced with many challenges when their child is battling an illness or coping with a disability. The Children’s Health Care Fund benefits local children with extensive healthcare needs.

Educational Advancement

The educational advancement fund has supported local high school seniors as they embark on a career in health care. The recently expanded program now includes support for Mercy co-workers and students enrolled in the local Mineral Area College Nursing Program.

Behavioral Health

Mercy Health Foundation Perry realizes that mental wellness is part of good health. The behavioral health fund provides awareness opportunities and various resources and programs to help adults and adolescents struggling with mental, behavioral, or substance abuse problems receive the care they need.

Geriatric Services

By spreading joy and light to our community, we can help fight the darkness of dementia and Alzheimer’s. The geriatric services fund supports our Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) program, an evidence-based nonmedicinal treatment approach for persons with mild to moderate dementia.
