Mercy Health Foundation Oklahoma City provides philanthropic support to Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City as well as critical access to hospitals in Kingfisher, Logan County (Guthrie) and Watonga, OK. The Foundation’s goal is to make a positive impact in our communities by working with hospitals to improve quality of life and make health care accessible for all.

Mercy Health Foundation Oklahoma City is a nonprofit organization. We are dependent on the donations and support of generous foundations, corporations and caring individuals like you. Your gifts to Mercy Health Foundation Oklahoma City help enhance patient programs, fund life-saving equipment and capital projects and support charity care programs and services for those who need it most.

When you donate to Mercy Health Foundation, you support critical projects in our community. That’s right. Every dollar you give advances health care right here at home.

Our Feature

Many years of continuous growth has created an urgent need to increase the amount of physical space. The quality of Mercy Hospital Oklahoma’s healing environment, and enhance offerings for women’s obstetric services.

The 174,000-square-foot Love Family Women’s Center provides greater access to care for women of all ages, including innovative labor and delivery, low-intervention birthing options, emergency care for pregnant women, women’s surgery and specialized services for women of all ages.

Our Focus

Access and Assistance
The volunteer-run Good Samaritan Clinic helps underserved community members access health screenings and quality care. Mercy Health Foundation Oklahoma City also benefits telemedicine technology and other programs that close gaps in care for Oklahomans.

Innovative Care
Like the Sisters of Mercy before us, we are blazing a new trail to find lifelong cures through modern thinking and innovation.

Nearly 2,000 new cancer cases are diagnosed in the Coletta Building annually. Mercy’s oncologists offer advanced treatment, while keeping patients close to home. But our doctor’s can’t do it alone. Mercy Health Foundation and our donors are committed to supporting technology-driven programs and projects, education for co-workers in specialized fields, advanced diagnostic equipment and cutting-edge treatment options.

At the Meinders Neuroscience Institute providers are using world class techniques and equipment to diagnose and treat stroke patients. Many of Mercy’s stroke patients are able to go directly home instead of to a rehabilitation facility after experiencing a stroke. Mercy’s NSI is Oklahoma City’s premiere stroke center. Your gifts allow us to bring transformative and life-saving advancements to your friends and neighbors.

Women’s and Children’s
Catherine McAuley, Mercy’s founder, had a particular concern for the poor. More specifically, she worked to assist women and children in need.

Mercy Health Foundation Oklahoma City continues Catherine’s legacy by supplementing the program and equipment needs for Oklahoma City’s labor and delivery unit and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The Foundation also funds breast health services and Project Early Detection, a program that helps uninsured women get mammograms and treatment.

The Enduring Legacy of Judy Love

Everyone at Mercy is so grateful for the enduring legacy of Judy Love, whose recent passing leaves a void in Oklahoma City that will not soon be filled.

Just this spring, Mercy opened the Love Family Women’s Center thanks to a $10 million donation from the Love family, spearheaded by Judy and her late husband Tom. That transformational commitment led to a women’s health care center that will benefit thousands of Oklahoma City patients for generations.

Judy was also a member of the Mercy Health Foundation’s board of directors in Oklahoma City, a natural extension of her lifelong commitment to making life better in her community.

From everyone at Mercy: Thank you, Judy, for all you’ve done. Our prayers are with the Love family.
