Cancer Care
We are committed to bringing more technology, more hope and more reasons to give to the David C. Pratt Cancer Center – equipping patients and their loved ones to fight back like never before. Our comprehensive approach to cancer care and proposed investments in Mercy’s cancer care delivery will ensure every patient in the greater St. Louis region, and eventually in every community we serve, will have access to compassionate, state-of-the-art care that is consistent throughout our four-state service area.
Mercy Kids Therapy and Development Center
Mercy is building an advanced center large enough to offer all therapy – development and Autism spectrum services – under one roof. This space will offer innovative treatments and personalized care in addition to providing family support, community education programming, a comprehensive behavioral health component and the capacity to more than double the number of children, teens and families served.
Thomas was diagnosed with autism shortly before his first birthday. With the help of Mercy Therapy and Development Center’s specialized care team, Thomas is now thriving. Learn how this innovative program is making a life-changing difference for patients and their families, and helping children reach their full potential.

Mercy Hospital St. Louis has the only comprehensive Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Program in the region. The unique medical and psycho-social needs of this group too often fall through a gap in services between those specialized for small children and those for mature adults. Your contribution will support young patients of any age with any type of cancer.
