On Thursday, May 4, over 70 women from across the East region attended the Women with a Mission regional symposium. During the event, Cynthia Bentzen-Mercer, chief administrative officer, Dr. Katherine Garland and Dr. Michelle Goetz facilitated an inspiring and educational panel on women’s health. Symposium guests also enjoyed a presentation by local author Jennifer Bardot and a keynote luncheon with four-time Olympian Jackie Joyner-Kersee.
